Frequently Asked Questions

How do you save so much on business and first-class flights?

We buy airline miles and credit card points from businesses that don’t use them at wholesale rates. Then we use those miles to book tickets for our clients at prices not available to the public. It’s easy, that’s the point!

Can I book a last-minute ticket?

Yes! Airlines often release the most mileage availability 24-72 hours before departure so last minute tickets are often where we stand the best chance of finding a great deal.

What are the disadvantages of booking a flight with miles?

You don’t earn miles yourself when you book a flight with miles and changes can also be a little more difficult. To change a flight you booked with miles there has to be another flight available with miles to change to which can limit options if availability is scarce. How much can I save?

We average 40% off retail prices for international business and first-class tickets.

Can I change or cancel my flight after its booked

Most mileage tickets can be changed or canceled for a fee, however, there are a few differences between changing a mileage ticket compared to a standard retail ticket. To read our full policy on changes and cancelations click here.

What information will I need to provide?

To book you a ticket we need your full legal name, your date of birth, and depending on the airline your passport information. We also require all of our clients to have a credit card on file with us before their first booking. Optionally we ask all of our new clients to tell us as much about their travel preferences as possible so we can tailor itineraries to fit them best. You can submit all this information through our secure form here. Credit card information is stored separately in Stripe’s secure database.

What are the advantages of booking a flight with miles?

In addition to being much cheaper on average, you don’t pay a penalty for booking one-way tickets when using miles. Often the price of a retail one-way ticket will be 75-100% of the price of a round-trip, while when booking with miles the cost of a one-way is generally 50% of a round-trip. For our clients who need to book their travel last minute or like to leave their return date/destination open this is a huge advantage.

Will I earn miles on the tickets I book?

When we book you a heavily-discounted ticket with miles you will not earn miles for that flight. Not every ticket we book is with miles, but the best deals typically are.

How do I pay?

We require all of our clients to have a credit card on file with us before their first booking, however, we can take payment many different ways to fit your preference. Once your booking is complete we’ll send you an invoice with payment instructions for whichever payment method you prefer. We currently accept payment via credit card, Zelle/Chase Quickpay, Paypay/Venmo, ACH, and various cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, BCH, XMR, and many more.

Do you book economy and premium economy tickets?

We cannot offer discounts on economy and premium economy tickets because booking these flights with miles is often not cost-effective and actually more expensive than retail prices. If you’d like us to book you economy flights, out of convenience we charge a $50/Person fee to do so. If we are booking you an economy leg as a part of a larger itinerary in business or first class we won’t charge a fee for that booking.

Why was the option you sent me not 40% cheaper than retail?

Not every flight is available to book with miles so if you have limited flexibility or are looking for a specific flight we may not have a mileage deal that fits your preferences. However, we guarantee at least 5% off any retail international business or first class flight so no matter what itinerary you are looking for you can come to us to make sure you’re getting the best price.
